Week one ATS picks for College Football on the HG - Labor Day Weekend
Happy college football season 2018 - we are finally here and here at the Hour Glass we are super excited.
Thanks for coming on board and believing in what we do and please spread the word to your friends, co-workers and family members.
This portion of the site as you know is the premium content, where we dive into the games each week to battle Vegas and try our best to win you money. Our format is pretty simple, in that we never tell you who to bet on, but give you a big buffet of games and let you decide.
Sure we will have candid opinions and show you our line versus Vegas and give picks for all games with lines, but we will never tell you what to bet on.
Week one of college football offers some fantastic matchups from Thursday through Monday and while we will all be dialed in on those games and others, lots of times we want you to stay away from the heavy hitter games, unless you just want to let it ride.
From Auburn v Washington, to LSU v Miami, all the way to Ole Miss v Texas Tech there are some great matchups to watch and pay attention to, but I would be very careful laying coins on some of these.
Sports gaming is about to blow up, being now legal in the state of Mississippi and other places, and we want you to take advantage of that. We will be posting in the coming weeks over/unders on win totals, but we want to take a good look at the 2018 product on the field before doing so. Week four is always a good week to start doing this because we really don't know who is going to be good to great on offense and defense.
