Week 2 picks ATS - college football on the Hourglass
Welcome to week two on the Hourglass and I hope you all enjoyed week one. First, let me say thanks to everyone who has subscribed to the page; we really appreciate you guys and gals. Keep spreading the word and lets continue to grow together.
Week one saw some wins and losses as we went - ATS 21-19 overall (53%) - Elite Eight 2-6 (25%) - Straight up 67-10 (88%). This was the worst Elite Eight I have had in two years, but overall the games top to bottom saw composite winning.
There were probably 11 games overall that saw swings late or went opposite by a point and a half to two points, like the Notre Dame Game Monday night, the Memphis - Ole Miss game depending on when you got in on the action and more. Right now it’s about trying to figure out trends that are being broken by certain teams and point totals are being crushed on the over.
We will give some point totals starting next week here as well, but one of the things I noticed this past week was poor tackling and a ton of it. I contribute that to lack of tackling in camp, which is showing up on the field and affecting spreads and outcomes.
As always fill free to reach out at anytime. You don’t have to play my elite eight - that’s games I am playing, but obviously I picked the wrong games a week ago. :)
Have fun and win big!
