What’s to like:

The Oregon Ducks have many aspects about them that a person would like. One outstanding aspect being their explosive offense, as well as having a dynamic quarterback such as Dillon Gabriel. They also have a group of playmakers who can make big plays and put points on the board.

The Oregon Ducks offense has improved tremendously over the last three years. In 2021 they ranked 20th nationally in offensive efficiency and now in 2023 they sit at 2nd.

The coaching staff has the ability to recruit and develop top talent. As well as adapting their strategies to exploit the weakness of their opponents.

What’s not to like:

Living up to expectations. The Ducks will be one of the favorites in the new BIG 10 and should battle Ohio State for the title.

The Ducks were also suspect to the pass at times a year ago - that needs to get cleaned up before they get bit again in big games.

FINAL THOUGHTS:

The Ducks are primed and ready for a big run in 2024. Dan Lanning has elevated this program to a different level and they will be in the College Football Playoff in 2024. The question is now, is can they make that next step to compete for the National Championship.
